Mixing Monday: Lush Cosmetics Casa Rojo Henna Mix

I did a henna treatment over the weekend.  This was my first time using the Lush Cosmetics Casa Rojo Henna product.  I loved it.  Henna is very messy and can get everywhere, but the difference with this product is that it didn't turn everything it touched red.  Also, this product was very moisturizing compared to the other henna products I have used from Mendani and other sites.

Ingredients:
Lush Cosmetics Casa Rojo Henna Bar
Coconut Oil
Cheese Grater
Grapeseed Oil
Water

Directions:
I grated two pieces of the Henna bar with a cheese grater into a bowl.  I added Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Boiling water to the henna bar and mixed to cake like consistency.  I parted and sectioned off my hair into 4 sections and applied the mixture to each section from roots to tips.  Once my entire head was covered with the henna mixture.  I set sit on my hair for about 3 hours and rinsed out thoroughly.  I co washed my hair with EO (Essential Originals) Sweet Orange deep conditioner.  Twisted with Qhemet Biologics Burdock Root Moisturizer and pined my twists up with bobby pins.

Keep the Faith!

Until next time,
