Ingredients:
1lb ground turkey
2 cups whole wheat penne
1 container of Prego Spaghetti sauce
1 small yellow onion
1 green pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of mozzarella
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Bowl the penne to Al dente.
Chop the onion garlic and green pepper sauté in olive oil unto cooked. Add in ground turkey and cook until brown. In separate sauce pan add in spaghetti sauce and cooked ground turkey mixture. Drain noodles add to casserole dish and add in spaghetti sauce and ground turkey mixture. Mix thoroughly and top with mozzarella. Bake for twenty minutes or until golden brown.
