Tasty Tuesday: Brown Sugar crusted Salmon

Ingredients:
8oz Atlantic/Alaskan Salmon
2 cups Basalmic Vinegarette
2 tbsp brown sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Season both sides of the salmon with salt and pepper.  Place salmon skin side down into pan.  Pour basalmic vinegarette around the salmon.  Melt down the brown sugar and pour over the meat side of the salmon.  Broil for about 20 minutes until cooked through.
