Tasty Tuesday: Jumpin' Jumpin' Jambalaya (EMF Style)

I am a Get em Girl and love the Get 'Em Girls Guide to the Power Cuisine.  I remixed their famous Jumpin' Jumpin' Jambalaya EMF Style made it more healthy and gave it a little spice.  I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
8 ounces andouille sausage, sliced thick
1 lb chicken tenderloins, chopped (Remix)
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, seeded and chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 8 ounce cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Steamed Brown Rice (Remix)
Flat Leaf Parsley and Scallion for garnish

Directions:
Heat Olive Oil in Dutch oven over medium high-heat.  Add the sausage, chopped season with salt and pepper chicken, onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic; cook and stir until onions becomes translucent, cook until sausage and chicken is cooked.  Stir in the tomato sauce, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, and cayenne and cook until heated through.  In another saucer cook brown rice until done.  Serve immediately over brown rice top with parsley and scallions.  Enjoy!

Keep the Faith!

Until next time,
~E
