I wanna take some cooking classes. I love to cook. I love Food Network. I love cooking for others and for people to enjoy my food. I joke around all the time saying that "I'm the next Food Network Star." My dream may come true, I'm going to start taking formal cooking classes for fun. Central Market has a Cooking School during the week and on the weekends. Here is a link to the Calendar. I'm thinking of taking a class on Saturday, September 11 Knifeskills 101 and the following Saturday, September 18 Touch of Thai. The classes are $65 for each one and they even have couples date night classes, sounds like a perfect first date. :D *hint hint to all those takers out there*. I will keep you posted on how they go and even take pics.
