Tasty Tuesday: Splenda Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups of Whole Wheat Flour
2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
3/4 teaspoon of Salt
1/2 cup (1 stick) Butter
1 cup Splenda (Regular sugar supplement)
1/4 cup Honey
2 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 cup of Milk (1%)
8 oz of Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Mix all dry ingredients flour, baking powder, salt in small mixing bowl. Belt wet ingredients butter, splenda, honey and add eggs individually. Alternate dry ingredients and milk in mixing into the wet ingredients. Add in vanilla extract and fold in blueberries.
