Along with the 50 day Fast, I am implementing a 50 days of Fitness. I have a weight loss goal I would like to obtain and will do with this fast. During the 50 days of Fitness, I plan to increase my water intake and decrease my sweets intake. Sweets are my weakness, and the reason I need to go on this fast and fitness challenge. I am challenging myself to continue getting up early to workout and complete the p90x workout in 90 days. I am also challenging myself to run after work 3 miles at least 3x out of the week. I know this may sound like a lot of exercise, but I have this crazy goal that I want to run a marathon by 27, so I'm preparing for this goal.
