I am still working out at least 3 times a week. I was sidetracked due to being sick and a new role change at work that has kept me busy and missing my 430am wake up call. However, I'm back on track and will continue working out 5 times a week. The fast has not ended and is going on until March 14. I have fallen off the bandwagon ate cheese, cupcakes, and candy. Yes, I know bad, bad, bad. I'm going to get back on top of things this week and go back to eating fruits, vegetables, grilled chicken & fish, and NO SWEETS! Sugars and sweets are my weakness and the reason why I'm not loosing weight as fast as I could. I have lost 10 lbs so far and want to loose 15 lbs more by July. If I can do it, so can you. What are your weight loss goals?

Congrats Miss!! I didn't weigh myself before the fast, but I might have lost a few pounds...not 10 though lol. This is the last week of the fast for me, but I'll be back on it just in time for Lent, this time incorporating fish and chicken and staying away from everything else lol.
ReplyDeleteI got side tracked by my knee, but since last week I've been working out at least twice a week...don't want to strain the knee too much, but I'll increase as I go along. Hopefully I'll lose 10 pounds by May!
