Tasty Tuesday: Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

Broccoli Casserole Ingredients 2 pkgs frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery) 1 cup mayonnaise 1 Tbsp vinegar 3 Tbsp onions, chopped 4 oz. grated cheese, cheddar or Swiss 1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed 1 stick butter or margarine Directions Cook broccoli, drain and cut. Blend together soup, mayonnaise, vinegar, onion and cheese. Fold in broccoli. Pour in buttered casserole dish. Toss crackers and butter together. Top casserole mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Keep the Faith! Until next time, ~E
