p90X has begun again at work, 530AM. Yes, I know very early, but I'm going to stick it through this time. I promised myself a LV purse if I loose 15 lbs. The goal is to work out 5x a week and gradually add in two a days working either during lunch with a co-worker or after work running around my pup Onyx. Have you gotten off your work out routine? What motivates you to keep going?
