Workout Wednesdays: Finding Motivation

I'm having a difficult time finding motivation to work out.  I know working out should be the first thing on my agenda for the day, but these last few months it has been far from it.  I'm loosing weight probably due to stress from my new job.  However, I want to keep loosing so I can reach my goal and get this purse I've been wanting forever.

What motivates you when working out?
