Entreprenuership Wednesday: 75 Most Powerful Women In Business

It should be no suprise why Ursula Banks, CEO of Xerox Corporation, covers the February 2010 issue of Black Enterprise Magazine.  She is the first yes first African American female to lead a Fortune 500 company EVER!!!  If you know me you know I admire her beauty (she wears her hair naturally like me), her background (she is an engineer like me), and her strength, perserverance, and work life balance.  The 75 woman listed in this magazine are transforming global business from technology to finance, from small business owners to entreprenuers.  Yes, there is a difference between being a small business owner and an entreprenuer, another blog topic.  So, go out to your local news stands or even better subscribe to Black Enterprise Magazine because you just like I love to stay TWO steps ahead of the masses regarding business ventures.  Check out more of the selection process here.

Keep the Faith!

Until next time,
~E
