Picture of the cookies in baggie for my snack at work.
Ingredients:2 cups Whole Wheat All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 eggs
1 cup Butter (Unsalted 2 sticks softened)
1/3 cup Splenda Sugar (5 tbsp)
1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar (5 tbsp)
Hershey's Sugar Free Chocolate Chip Cookies (at Walmart they are $4 a package a bit pricey but worth the money to eat your favorite treat)
Pecans (or any other nut if desired)
Cookie Sheet
Non-stick cooking spray (Pam)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Mix dry ingredients, flour, salt, and baking soda in small bowl. Set aside and beat in wet ingridents in separate bowl, softened butter, sugars, then add in eggs separated until well mixed. Beat in dry ingridents until well mixed. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts if desired. Spoon small or large amounts onto cookie sheet. Cook for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Wrap up extra mix to save for latter in parchment paper and freeze.
Enjoy!
Keep the Faith!
Until next time,
