I made it to Texas! Moved in on Friday, furniture came on Saturday, went to church on Sunday, and cable was hooked up on Monday. To God be the Glory! My mom and grandparents left yesterday and I have to admit I was sad because I don't know anyone here in Beaumont. I guess it really is testing my faith in God and my character because I am not used to living by myself. Everyone is calling to check in an make sure I am ok and I feel so blessed and so special to have great family and friends. I am excited because a week from tomorrow I will be starting my career, but I am also very nervous because I don't know what to expect and what people will think of me. I can only be me and myself and I pray that I am comfortable in all that I do at work next week.
