Tasty Tuesday: Fruit Salad

I am doing a detox for the next few days of only vegetables and fruits.  So, I made a fruit salad of some of my favorite fruits that are harvested year round.  Including the oh so tangy ruby red grapefruit.  Being in the south I am able to enjoy all of the berries and watermelon year round :)

Ingredients:
2 large Red Grapefruits
1 container of Blueberries
1 container of Strawberries
1 container of Blackberries
2 red apples
2 green apples
2 handfulls of red grapes
2 handfulls of white grapes
1 tbsp honey

Directions:
Chop up the apples, grapefruit, and strawberries to bite size pieces.  Combine the fruit into a large bowl and drizzle with honey.  Chill in the refrigerator and Enjoy.
