Tasty Tuesday: Easter Menu

Easter is right around the corner exactly on April 24, 2011.  I am traveling to meet my bf's mom and spend easter with him and we are cooking dinner. EKKK! I know but I am well prepared to make something spectacular.  Below are a few items that I am contemplating making for that Easter fest.

• Appetizer: Traditional Southern Deviled Eggs
• Salad: Mixed Green Salad With Parmigiano Crisps
• Bread: Southern Biscuits
• Main Dish: Tangerine-Glazed Easter Ham with Baby Carrots
• Side Dish: Orange Scented Green Beans
• Side Dish: Twice Baked Potatoes
• Dessert: Carrot Cake
• Dessert: Grandma's Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie
