It's time to get back to basics. No more excuses on when to workout, how to workout, and how long to workout. I'm just going to do it. This is my plan for the next few weeks.
1. Workout 3x a week for 30 minutes of cardio
2. Drink 64oz of water
3. Eat fruit and vegetables
4. Repeat
