Workout Wednesdays: Documenting Weight Loss

My amazing, wonderful, & caring boyfriend @RevBMack and I have decided to document our weight loss journey via google docs.  I will also document my weightloss journey here.  My goal is to loose 20-25 lbs by September (Labor Day) to be exact,  and to keep the weight off.  I will document my weight every week as well as things I have done to become more healthy and my workout techniques.  I plan to begin p90x again this week and work out 5 days.  How do you stay motivated?  What do you do when you hit a plateau?  How do you get pass mental barriers?

  1. I'm on the same journey myself! Keeping a virtual diary is a great way to stay motivated - I think when someone is following your journey you feel somewhat accountable to report back results. So far so good for me and I wish you the same. Be encouraged every step of the way. Feed yourself spiritually, mentally and physically and it will happen. Good luck and be blessed! :)
